ManTech International Corp. (NASDAQ: MANT) has completed its acquisition of federal healthcare systems integrator Evolvent Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
ManTech said in an announcement that it expects the deal to increase its earnings per share in 2012. The company also expects the deal to generate growth and improve margins.
Evolvent will join ManTech’s systems engineering and advanced technology group.
Evolvent works to fully integrate medical information across different platforms and improve healthcare decision making.
It also develops software and provides telehealth, imaging cybersecurity and clinical information technology services.
Evolvent’s clients include the Defense Department, Department of Health and Human Services and Veterans Administration.
