ITT Exelis Wins $121M for Army Satellite Comm Support

ITT Exelis (NYSE: XLS) has been awarded a $121 million contract by the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command and the Army Forces Strategic Command to support satelliteĀ communications.

Exelis announced its services will include:

  • logistics, cybersecurity and life cycle engineering
  • general maintenance and repair
  • technical assistance and equipment installation

The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract includes one base year and six one-year options.
