BAE Wins $313M for Army Paladin Program Support

The U.S. Army has awarded BAE Systems‘ land and armaments unit a $313, 122, 170 contract to support the Paladin Integrated Management program, the Pentagon announced Tuesday.

The award modifies an existing contract, calling for BAE to provide engineering design, logistics and test and evaluation services.

The Paladin program is an electronically controlled artillery system for the Army’s heavy brigade combat teams.

Work will be performed in York, Pa. and is expected to be completed by Jan. 15, 2015. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity
