ATK Appoints Former USIS CIO, CTO Cohen Chief Development Officer

ATK (NYSE: ATK) has appointed Cheryl Cohen as chief development officer, GovCon Wire has learned.

Prior to joining ATK, Cohen was previously chief information officer and chief technology officer at U.S. Investigative Services, an Altegrity company. At USIS, she was responsible for aligning the company’s information technology investments with overall business strategy.

Prior to USIS, Cohen worked for 10 years at ManTech International Corp. (NASDAQ: MANT). Her most recent position at ManTech was vice president of enterprise systems.

Cohen founded the Oracle Government Contractor Special Interest Group in 2003 and has served as group chairperson. CIO Magazine selected Cohen for the magazine’s “33 Rising Stars” list in 2005.
