Rockwell Collins to Provide 200, 000 GPS Units to US Military, Allies

Rockwell Collins (NYSE: ROC) has won a $46 million order to provide more than 200, 000 units of its defense advanced GPS receiver to the U.S. military and its allies, the company announced Wednesday.

The company said the U.S. Army is the primary user of the handheld military GPS receiver, which is used for position, navigation and situational awareness functions.
