ManTech Names Ret. Marine Corps Gen. to Lead SEAT Group Strategy

ManTech International Corp. (NASDAQ: MANT) has appointed Michael Brogan as senior vice president for strategy of the systems engineering and advanced technology group.

Brogan will charge the group’s strategy, ensure an integrated engineering process approach and oversee delivery of technology to U.S. military services and civilian agencies.

“Our government is reassessing priorities, and we have the right person to help us understand and meet the government’s technology needs — in both the civilian and military sectors, ” said Terry Ryan, president and chief operating officer of the SEAT group.

In addition, Brogan will be responsible for seeking out new business as well as aligning the group’s strategy with Defense Department acquisition-reform measures.

Brogan is a retired brigadier rank general, coming to ManTech after a career with the U.S. Marine Corps, where he retired as a brigadier general. His recognitions include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Combat Action Ribbon, among others.
