General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) land systems business unit has won a $243 million award with the U.S. Army‘s TACOM Lifecycle Management Command to provide 115 Stryker combat vehicles equipped with double-V hulls.
General Dynamics has already delivered close to 300 of the vehicles under a July 2010 contract award. The company will ultimately provide 450 of the vehicles under the contract.
The company will also provide production sustainment support and obsolescence management services.
