Bill Ballhaus Comments on New SRA General Counsel, SVP’s Diverse Experience

SRA International has appointed 20-year company veteran Anne Donohue as senior vice president and general counsel, where she will report to SRA President and CEO Bill Ballhaus.

Donohue will manage all corporate transactions and oversee business, employment and contract law activities.

“Anne’s knowledge of SRA’s business, having held management roles in the legal group as well as corporate contracts and procurement roles, will prove valuable for this role, ” said Ballhaus.  “We are looking forward to having her as a key player on our senior leadership team.”

Donohue is a member of multiple bar associations and serves on the public policy board for TechAmerica.
