BAE Wins $47 Million IDIQ for Navigation Warfare System

BAE Systems‘ information and electronics business has been awarded a $47 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to develop a navigation warfare system to replace GPS receivers for the Trinity program.

The sensor would be developed on multiple Defense Department platforms and increase the number of future weapon systems operating in electromagnetic environments.

The weapons system would support electronic support operations as part of the planned missions.
