AMERICAN SYSTEMS Names James Scampavia VP of Business Development; CEO William C. Hoover Comments

James Scampavia has today been named AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ vice president of business development. Scampavia will lead business development efforts including new customers, conducting capture strategies and developing winning proposals.

Scampavia has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development in federal and local government markets. Prior to his current role at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Scampavia served at such companies as BAE Systems, L-3 Communications and STG.

“James will be an integral part of our leadership team, particularly in shaping strategies across our business areas and integrating efforts across delivery and business development, ” said William C. Hoover, AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ president and CEO.
