Pitney Bowes‘ (NYSE: PBI) management services business has appointed Timothy Healy as its vice president and public sector leader.
The 39-year mailing industry veteran most recently led the U.S. Postal Service‘s retail products and services business, where he oversaw more than $18 billion in retail sales in 2010.
The company also named Patrick Fogarty as vice president and commercial sector leader and Stephen Whetstone as vice president and legal sector leader.
