Former Avaya EVP of Finance Steven Bracci Joins Pragmatics as CFO

Former Avaya Government Solutions‘ executive vice president of finance Steven Bracci has been appointed as chief financial officer for software engineering and systems integration firm Pragmatics.

Bracci will run the company’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, financial strategy and business planning. He will also supervise tax functions and corporate acquisitions.

He has more than 25 years of experience as a financial executive, with expertise in government contracting, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting.

He also served as Avaya Government Solutions’ assistant treasurer.

Prior to working at Avaya, Bracci served as CFO and treasurer for Nortel Government Solutions Inc., which Avaya acquired in 2009.
