Raytheon to Provide Army with Precision-Guided Munitions and Engineering

The U.S. Army has awarded Raytheon Missiles Systems Co. (NYSE: RTN) a contract modification to provide Griffin stand-off precision-guided munitions and associated engineering services.

The firm-fixed-price cost-plus-fixed-fee award is for $11, 542, 035.

One bid was solicited, with one bid received.

Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2012. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.
