DRS to Provide System to Train Joint Forces in Counter Unmanned Aircraft Exercises

DRS Defense Solutions has won a fleet and industrial supply contract to provide its sentry unmanned air system to support U.S. Joint Forces in counter-UAS training at Creech Air Force Base, Nev.

DRS will provide contractor-owned and contractor-operated live-fly services for mission exercises.

“We are very pleased to have an opportunity to support the JUAS’s role to provide service training programs that enable deploying warfighters to identify and deal with adversarial UAS threats, ” says Edwin R. Epstein, president of DRS Defense Solutions’ training and control systems.
