CACI Discloses Details of Paradigm Acquisition, Will Pay $61.5M

CACI (NYSE: CACI) has disclosed details of its planned acquisition of cybersecurity and enterprise IT firm Paradigm Holdings in regulatory documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

CACI will pay $61.5 million to acquire all of Paradigm’s equity interests.

To acquire Paradigm, CACI’s wholly-owned subsidiary CACI Newco, Inc. will merge with and into Paradigm.
