Boeing Automatic Flight Control System to Support Special Ops Aircraft

Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) will provide a digital automatic flight control system to support the special operations MH-47G aircraft on an $8, 362, 363 U.S. Army contract.

One bid was solicited, with one bid received. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 1, 2013.

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Fort Eustis, Va., is the contracting activity.
