Army Awards $900M Modification for Tactical Vehicles

The U.S. Army has awarded Oshkosh Corp. (NYSE: OSK) a $904, 184, 088 contract modification.

The company will provide 6, 963 family of medium tactical vehicles on the firm-fixed-price award.

The bid was solicited through the Internet, with three bids received.

Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wis., with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2013. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.
