SAIC Wins $80M Army IDIQ for Battle Lab Support

The U.S. Army has awarded SAIC (NYSE: SAI) a $78, 670, 000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The company will coordinate and conduct experiments in support of the Maneuver Battle Lab mission on the firm-fixed-price, labor-hours and time-and-materials hybrid contract.

The bid was solicited through the Internet, with three bids received.

Work will be performed in Fort Benning, Ga., with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2016. The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Command, Fort Bragg, N.C., is the contracting activity.
