Powerwave to Raise $100M in Note Offerings

Powerwave Technologies (NASDAQ: PWAV) will issue $100 million of 2.75 percent convertible senior subordinated notes due 2041.

The company will use proceeds to repurchase 11.2 million shares of its common stock and pay debts.

The company will repurchase $42.6 million in principal amount of outstanding 1.875 percent convertible senior subordinated notes due 2024. Approximately $15.3 million of these notes’ principal will remain.
