Northrop, HP, Unisys Declare Stock Dividend Payments

Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on its common stock, payable Sept. 10, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 29, 2011.

Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) has declared its fourth dividend of the 2011 fiscal year.

The regular cash dividend of 12 cents per share on the company’s common stock is payable on Oct. 5, 2011, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 14, 2011.

Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) has declared a dividend of $1.5625 per share on the company’s outstanding 6.25% mandatory convertible preferred stock, series A.

The dividend is payable Sept. 1, 2011 to stockholders of record at 5:00 p.m. EST on Aug. 15, 2011.
