ITT Wins $268M Army Modification to Support Troops and Equipment in Kuwait

The U.S. Army has awarded ITT Systems Corp. (NYSE: ITT), Colorado Springs, Colo., a $267, 918, 208 cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide base operations and security support services for troops and equipment moving through Kuwait.

The award modifies an existing contract. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with five bids received.

Work will be performed in Kuwait, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 28, 2015. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity.
