CACI to Acquire Cybersecurity and Enterprise IT Firm Paradigm Solutions; Cofoni Comments

CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Paradigm Holdings, Inc., the parent of cybersecurity and enterprise IT firm Paradigm Solutions Corp.

CACI expects the move to increase its earnings per share in the year following its projected fall 2011 close.

Rockville, Md.-based Paradigm’s 2011 calendar year revenues are projected to be $55 million. The company employs approximately 185 highly-credentialed workers.

Paradigm’s offerings include cybersecurity, software engineering, network security monitoring, data center design and network operations center management.

Its key clients include the Federal Aviation Administration,  Defense Information Systems Agency, and the State, Energy and Treasury Departments.
