Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) has elected Alison Davis to the company’s board of directors and appointed her to the board’s finance committee.
Davis most recently served as managing partner of Belvedere Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity firm that serves the financial services sector. She previously held the positions of CFO and director of corporate development at Barclays Global Investors and was a senior partner at A.T. Kearney, Inc.
Davis also serves as a director of City National Corporation.
