TASC, Inc. has acquired advanced technology firm TexelTek, expanding its cybersecurity and secure cloud-computing capabilities. TexelTek develops highly secure applications that allow defense and intelligence communities to efficiently access, store and manage massive volumes of data.
TASC provides federal systems engineering and integration services. Al Pisani, senior vice president for intelligence operations at TASC, said the two businesses’ complementary personnel and experience will generate growth and improve performance.
