QinetiQ will be a prime contractor on the TIPSS-4 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity suite of contracts, which serves as the primary procurement vehicle for technology-related services within the Internal Revenue Service and other Treasury department bureaus.
The multiple award TIPSS-4 has one base year and nine one-year options.
Thirty-three companies will act as prime contractors and provide support for local microcomputer applications, large-scale integrated legacy systems, newly developed systems, security services and program management.
