The U.S. Air Force has awarded Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. (NYSE: NOC), San Diego, Calif., a $7, 152, 000 fixed-price incentive firm contract modification. Northrop will provide:
- Long lead items associated with two Block 30 and two Block 40 Global Hawk air vehicles
- 2 in-line airborne signals intelligence payload
- 2 multiplatform radar technology insertion program sensors
- 2 in-line EISS sensors
- Other items and activities required to protect the production schedule for Lot 10
One firm was solicited and one firm submitted a proposal. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
