NASA Awards Honeywell $96M Contract for Safety and Mission Assurance Services

NASA has dramatically expanded its collaboration with Honeywell by awarding the company a five-year, $96 million contract to provide NASA centers and suppliers with audits, assessments and assurance services.

Under the direction of the NASA Safety Center, Honeywell’s wholly owned subsidiary Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. will provide critical safety and mission assurance support worldwide.

“Honeywell has proudly served NASA since the earliest days of the U.S. space program, ” HTSI President Vince Trim said. “This contract signifies increasing levels of responsibility for Honeywell as we continue in our shared pursuit of excellence in meeting NASA’s mission objectives and demonstrates Honeywell’s continued performance in an environment marked by budget restraints.”
