The Energy Department has awarded Helios a contract to develop a human capital planning model and implement a human resources information system for the National Nuclear Security Administration. It is Helios’ first federal government contract win as a subcontractor.

Helios’ work will help NNSA, which manages and secures the U.S.’ nuclear weapons and nuclear nonproliferation and naval reactor programs, meet its long-term agency goals.

“For more than a decade, Helios has provided successful human capital management solutions to businesses of all sizes, and now we’re ready to expand our client base and use our expertise to promote effectiveness within the federal government, ” said Kathy Albarado, president and CEO of Helios. “We are committed to ensuring the NNSA’s human capital needs are clearly identified and planned for, so the agency can focus on its mission.”
