The U.S. Navy has awarded The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., a $408, 753, 999 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-fee contract to produce and deliver nine fiscal 2011 F/A-18E aircraft. This is in accordance with the aircraft variation in quantity clause. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed in December 2013. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
