Boeing Board Declares Dividend of 42 Cents Per Share

Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and CEO Jim McNerney reports the company’s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share.

As of noon Tuesday, June 28, Boeing was trading at $72.08 per share.

The dividend is payable Sept. 2, 2011, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 12, 2011.

Boeing Wins $1.8B Air Force C-17 Contract

Boeing (NYSE: BA) has won a $1, 781, 413, 723 U.S. Air Force contract modification to provide 10 C-17 aircraft, the Pentagon announced Thursday. The Indian air force will receive the aircraft under a foreign military sales agreement. Work will be performed in Long Beach, Calif. and is expected to be completed by July 28,
