BAE Systems Wins $63M Army Facility Relocation Contract

The U.S. Army has awarded BAE Systems Ordnance Systems, Inc., Kingsport, Tenn., a $63, 340, 000 firm-fixed-price contract.

The award funds the Area A to Area B facility relocation project at Holston Army Ammunition Plant. One bid was solicited with one bid received.

Work will be performed in Kingsport, Tenn., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2013.   U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity.
