SAIC Snags Army Contract

SAIC (NYSE: SAI) announced this week the company won an additional contract with the Department of the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McPherson, Ga., to support the U.S. Army Forces Command with training solutions.

The IDIQ contract places a $2.5 billion ceiling with a base period of one year and four one-year extension options.

“We look forward to continuing to work with the U.S. Army Forces Command to provide the DoD with innovative, integrated support services and leading-edge technologies that facilitate transformation and help prepare units and soldiers for deployment, ” said Beverly Seay, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
