Fulcrum IT Acquires ITG from Dataline

Fulcrum IT has acquired the Information Technology Group from Dataline. Both firms are focused on supporting IT services to the DoD and IC.

The move bolsters Fulcrum’s growth in the market and strengthens its cybersecurity, software development  and data management capabilities.

“We have been partners working side by side with Dataline on several fronts over the years and have always been impressed that the Dataline Information Technology Group shared our culture of providing responsive, innovative, and critical world wide support to DoD and Intelligence Community clients, ” CEO Jeff Handy. “The acquisition supports Fulcrum’s continued growth in these communities”.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
