DLT Solutions Rolls Out Cloud Knowledge Practice, Names Cloud Officer

DLT Solutions named David Blankenhorn chief cloud technologist, overseeing the newly established DLT Cloud Advisory Group, “a knowledge practice designed to provide government customers with architectural and technical direction in the selection of appropriate cloud products and services.”

According to the firm, “the DLT Cloud Advisory Group will provide customers with knowledge and advice through one-on-one discussions, technical articles, and educational events.”

“Public sector customers need more than the simple sales and marketing puffery that they have been getting by-and-large for cloud computing, ” CEO Rick Marcotte said. “While it is clear that cloud technology offers our government customers many benefits, the technical decisions and choices they must make can be very challenging given the rapid evolution of this market. So, we hired David Blankenhorn and formed the DLT Cloud Advisory Group to provide better knowledge support to our customers.”
