The award will provide for the airborne intelligence and surveillance and reconnaissance services for the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory. Work will be performed in McLean, Va., and various areas outside of the continental United States, with an estimated completion date of Sep. 30, 2012. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Research and Development Center Contracting Office, Vicksburg, Miss., is the contracting activity (W912HZ-11-C-0035).”
