L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) reports it will announce its 2011 first quarter results on April 21 before the open of the market.

The firm will host a conference call on the same day at 11:00 a.m. EDT that will be simultaneously broadcast over the Internet on www.l-3.com.

The call will be hosted by CEO Michael Strianese and CFO Ralph G. D’Ambrosio.
