Sikorsky Snags $129 Million Army Deal

According to the Department of Defense, “Sikorsky Aircraft was awarded a $129, 424, 983 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the procurement of UH-60M Helicopters, HH-60M Helicopters, MH-60S Helicopters and MH-60R Helicopters.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2012.  One bid was solicited with one bid received.   The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0003).”
