Northrop Picks James Mocarski to Lead EO/IR Targeting

Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) named James B. Mocarski, vice president of Electro Optical/Infra Red Targeting Systems in the Electronic Systems sector.

Mocarski will head up all EO/IR Targeting Systems program activities and business growth strategies.

According to the firm, “Mocarski brings 22 years of knowledge and experience in product development, strategic partnering and program management across a wide range of EO/IR, radio frequency and laser products and technologies.”
