NetStar-1 Hires Pierre Monacelli to Head Management Consulting Ops

NetStar-1 has named Pierre Monacelli to the role of VP of operations for its Management Consulting Division.

Monacelli, previously the president of the Government Services business at Robbins-Gioia, will oversee the firm’s contracts with federal clients.

“As NetStar-1 grows, we will leverage our singular focus on management consulting services by expanding on our current offerings in the areas of program management, financial management, and program governance, ” CEO Kevin Rowe said. “We plan to develop additional service offerings in the areas of business and IT requirements definition, IT strategy, business process redesign, and enterprise risk management. In addition, we intend to expand our government footprint and deliver these services to a broader array of government agencies.” Rowe added, “Pierre’s broad consulting service experience, his experience leading large organizations, and his inclusive and team-oriented leadership style will help to move NetStar-1 swiftly and successfully towards achieving these strategic goals.”
