TASC Takes on Air Force Contract

TASC secured a one-year, $9 million deal with the Air Force to support the Concept Development Division of the Development Planning Directorate.

The firm with the support the division, known as XRD, with services including engineering, analysis and concept development support.

“XRD is responsible for almost every aspect of planning for future space and missile systems, from conducting engineering studies to designing the strategy that ensures the right technology investment and development, ” said Pat Talty, senior vice president of Mission Engineering at TASC.  “We are proud the Air Force selected TASC to help drive the planning and engineering necessary to solve the complex problems of today and tomorrow.  We look forward to supporting their efforts to apply new capabilities quickly and affordably.”
