According to the Department of Defense, “Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) was awarded an $18, 086, 000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 software modernization development for the United Arab Emirates. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 31, 2013. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, AMCOM, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-07-G-0001).”
