L-3 Prices Senior Note Offering

L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) reports the firm has priced an offering of $650 million of 4.95 percent Senior Notes due Feb. 15, 2021.

L-3 intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem the company’s $650 million aggregate principal amount of 5⅞ percent Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015.
