ICF VP Mary Whitley on Firm’s Upcoming VA Work

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI) secured a deal via HPTi to support the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The deal carries a value of $10 million with a base year and four option years.

ICF will focus on advanced voice-recognition applications, enhanced web self-service tools, and integrated desktop interfaces for VA public contact representatives.
