DynCorp Names James Myles to VP Role in Aviation; Steve Gaffney Comments

DynCorp International named retired Army Maj. Gen. James Myles to the role of VP, Aviation Operations.

Myles will be based in Huntsville, Ala.

“We are honored that Gen. Myles chose to join our team, ” CEO Steve Gaffney. “As we look to the future and across our seven business areas, DI holds tremendous potential for growth and Gen. Myles’ extraordinary achievements and knowledge will enrich the services we provide. We are committed to the Huntsville community and look forward to continuing to expand our presence there.”

Myles’ 36-year career included focuses aviation maintenance, life-cycle management, and the acquisition and contracting process.
