BAE Systems won a spot on a $650 million security services ID/IQ deal with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The firm, along with four other awardees, will bid for task orders over the next five years.
The company will focus on services including design, engineering, installation and ongoing maintenance.
“These systems are critical to protecting the warfighter and Army assets, both here and abroad, ” said Richard Anderson, vice president and general manager of Integrated Technical Solutions at BAE Systems Support Solutions. “This award also further expands our support to the U.S. military in the area of infrastructure protection solutions.”
