Wyle picked Roger Wiederkehr to serve as the firm’s general counsel.
According to the firm, “he oversees Wyle’s legal matters, contracts administration, environmental/safety, security, and compliance programs. In addition, Wiederkehr continues to lead Wyle’s mergers and acquisitions activities and serve as the secretary of the company.”
Wiederkehr has been with the firm since 2005.
“Since 2005, Wyle has grown fivefold to annual revenues of more than $1 billion, ” CEO George Melton said. “The strategic expansion and rapidly growing size of Wyle have been driving the need for this office. Roger brings a unique combination of legal background and extensive operations experience to this critical position.”
