NetWitness CEO Amit Yoran on Firm’s ‘Fast Grower’ Status

NetWitness has been selected to SmartCEO’s Fast 50 list, a breakdown of the fastest-growing firms around the Beltway.

The Fast 50 distinction is the latest for a firm enjoying a wave of success.

“NetWitness is a global company with strong growth across all regions.  While more than half of our customers are large commercial enterprises from outside of the mid-atlantic area, the company’s roots are firmly planted in the local region, ” CEO Amit Yoran said. “More than 70% of all U.S. government cabinet-level agencies have adopted NetWitness’ products to defend against both current and emerging threats, and based on the advancement of attacks that marked 2010, we expect our aggressive growth to accelerate in 2011.”
