NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) has an agreement in place to acquire Massachusetts-based Akorri Networks.
Terms of the all-cash transaction were not disclosed.
Akorri provides data center management software focused on performance capacity analytics for virtualized, shared IT infrastructures.
