Maryland-based ITSolutions has overhauled its leadership structure by naming Todd Stottlemyer CEO and Tom Weston to the CFO position.
The firm’s founder and outgoing CEO Stefan Lalos will remain on the firm’s board of directors.
Current CFO Doug Kollme will now be tasked with running corporate development and M&A at the firm.
Stottlemyer joins the company from the Inova Health System, where he oversaw information technology.
“Todd’s blend of government and commercial information technology services experience, knowledge of the healthcare industry and technology, and proven record of growing businesses organically and through strategic acquisitions will be a great asset for ITSolutions, ” ITSolutions Chairman Leif Soderberg said. “We look forward to his leadership in evolving our strategy, extending our customer franchise, and building our organization.”
Tom Weston joins from QinetiQ North America.
“Tom and I have worked closely together before to build a strong team and grow successful businesses, ” Stottlemyer said. “Tom’s experience in building a strong business-oriented finance function and his deep experience in acquisitions and the integration of acquired companies will provide critical value for ITSolutions.”
