GeoEye Finalizes SPADAC Purchase

GeoEye, Inc. (Nasdaq: GEOY) has completed the purchase of geospatial predictive analysis firm SPADAC, Inc. for $46 million in cash and stock.

As a wholly owned subsidiary, SPADAC will now be named GeoEye Analytics.
